• Essential. Basic cookies required for the site to function — set by Next.js / Vercel when you load a page.
• Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights collect aggregate, anonymous data on page views and load performance. They do not identify individual visitors.

The third parties listed above (Vercel, NutraPlanner) may set their own cookies when their features are used. This site does not serve advertising and does not use ad-targeting cookies.

Most browsers let you delete cookies or refuse to accept them. Doing so may affect site functionality — booking, for example, depends on NutraPlanner's embedded booking page working in your browser.
